2012 Caroline's Cuvee Pinot Noir

2012 Caroline's Cuvee Pinot Noir

Classic Willamette Valley pinot noir aromas rise from the glass: wild cherries, earth and forest floor, with flickers of pomegranate, tart and bright. On the palate, the fruit is backed up by great acid balance, sharp and assertive; blood orange, citrusy but rich, joins the flavor profile, and echoes of toasted nuts and marzipan linger in the finish. Wine Enthusiast magazine rated Caroline’s Cuvée at 92 points and made it an Editor’s Choice.

The perfect wine for rich holiday meals: try this with cornbread stuffing with sage and sausage, or with a moist, citrus-brined turkey

Aged in 25% new French oak barrels for 18 months before bottling.
